Kay Lakansiel is an entire villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a private pool.

The villa boasts a large 90m² teak terrace, ideal for relaxing and socializing.

PLEASANT VILLA, WELL EQUIPPED

The villa has 3 air-conditioned, tastefully decorated bedrooms: 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds (cot available).

For additional comfort, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor).

On the first floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room (dining room and living room) and a laundry room.

OUTSIDE

The covered terrace features an outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha (there's also a barbecue area) for grilling lobster or fish bought at the fishing port 10 minutes' walk from the villa.

There's also a dining and lounge area where you can enjoy local meals and fresh fruit cocktails under the gentle Caribbean sun!

Deckchairs and armchairs are available for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade.

It's the perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring the island.

There's also a 2nd terrace at the front of the house with colorful garden furniture, and a 3rd terrace with child-friendly furniture.

TELETRAVAIL

An air-conditioned office is located upstairs, with ergonomic seating and a screen for greater working comfort.

You'll have a good Wifi connection for perfect telecommuting conditions.

RECREATION

Beach games, masks, snorkels, landing nets, petanque, Frisbee, card games, dominoes, etc. are available.

Novels, comics, books and puzzles for young children are also available. If you let us know the age of the children present, we can leave suitable books and/or games.

ACCESS

The house is located 30 minutes from the airport.

Parking is private and gated (3 spaces).

It's a good location for exploring Martinique from north to south, avoiding the most congested roads.

The most beautiful beaches in the southern Caribbean are just 10 minutes (Marin) and 15 minutes (Sainte-Anne) away.

For water sports (kitesurfing, sailing, etc.), you're just 5 minutes from Pointe Faula.
